Campsite assignments and reminders

We have three sites reserved. The fourth site is off-limits. Parents, please help us to enforce this!

As you walk down the path, the first site on the left will be Den 1-Webelos. That is also where all meals will be served.

The next site is on the right side of the path. This will be Den 2- Tigers and Den 7-Wolves.

The last site is on the left. This will be Dens 3 & 4-Bears. This is also where the Saturday evening campfire will be.

Reminders:
Everyone needs to bring a cup/bottle for cold drinks and one for hot drinks.

The last site on the left is not ours. If there’s another group there, please show respect to them.

Packing party

There will be a packing party for Spring Family Campout tomorrow evening at 7pm. Meet outside the Cub Scout room.

Also, it’s not too late to sign up for the Campout. Please email me and let me know the following:
1. Number of adults
2. Number of kids
3. Rank of each scout

If you haven’t turned in medical forms, please bring them with you to Stone Mtn. medical forms are required for all attendees, even adults! We will not have blank forms at the Campout!

Bicycle Rodeo

Parents,

Due to the weather forecast calling for a 60% chance of rain tomorrow evening, we have decided to postpone the Bicycle Rodeo one week. We will have our Bicycle Rodeo on Tuesday, May 14th at 7:00 pm.

We will have a Leader Meeting tomorrow evening instead.

Bike Rodeo

Next Tuesday we will be having a bike rodeo. Bring your bikes and helmets. We’ll have the lower parking lot blocked off. There will be a safety station, repair station, and a bicycle course laid out.

Uniform will be Class B (scouting t-shirt).

Some people have had trouble using the registration link in the previous post. If you are planning on attending and haven’t registered or emailed me, please send me an email with the number of adults and number of kids attending. Thanks!
