Scout Day At The Deacs

Hi Scouting Families!  This email contains important information about the tailgate and game this weekend.  If you are planning on attending the game but already have tickets (season ticket holder, etc), we would still love to have you at the tailgate! Please read on for more info.

Tickets

All tickets have been transferred.  If you did not get your tickets, check for a text/email about a ticket transfer.  If you still don’t see it, please text me.  In order to accommodate a group of our size, we will be on the visitor side of the stadium.  The closest gate to the seats is Gate 5 (by The Couch ballpark).  Seats are in East 12 or East 14, so check your ticket!  As of this post, I still have 10 tickets, so if someone needs a ticket, please contact me.

Tailgate

The tailgate starts at 11am in The Pepsi Lot.  Because of traffic changes, the easiest way to get to this lot is by the Goodwill on Coliseum, or by the main entrance to The Joel.  If you need a parking pass, you can purchase one for the Pepsi Lot here for $15.00.  The pack is providing hot dogs.  Please sign up here to bring something to share.  We have at least 90 people who purchased tickets through me, so please make sure that if you are able that you sign up!  I am going to try and set up as close to the Goodwill entrance and the Fairgrounds.

Game

Kickoff is at 2pm. The Deacon Walk starts at 11:30, and we will line the walkway to great our Deacs as they get off the busses!  Remember – this is a Class A event!  For more game day info, please check out this link.
